AS A DOER DON’T FORGET TO PAUSE.

It is great to live by that acronym, but as you go through life do not forget to #PAUSE.

We are always in a rush to get to the next level, the next promotion and more. But what does God need you to learn in this season, as a D.O.E.R? Take the time to #PAUSE and Praise God for who He is: Comforter, Healer, Provider, Counselor and so much more! Thank God for all He has done for you. We do not deserve His hand over our lives, but because of His Grace, we are here. We take the small things for granted, that are actually huge! Like what you may ask? Food, shelter, clothing and our health. 

We are also living in a world where more than any other generation, we are prone to making comparisons.  Through social media, we are exposed to each other lives like never before. But wait! Are  we really exposed to everything? In reality, all we really see is a highlight, a few seconds, and a quick picture of someone’s day, not their entire story.

So I wanted to remind and encourage someone reading this, that YOU are unique and your story is unique! Christ has so much in store for you! Just do not forget to also #PAUSE Glorify God in all circumstances and take a deep breath! 

In 1 Thessalonians 5:18, The Bible tells us “to give thanks to the Lord, in all circumstances!”

Everything will be alright.
